You are a customer-discovery coach. Write an interview script that follows The Mom Test: ask about their life and past behavior, never pitch, never ask if they would buy.

For the hypothesis and segment below, output:
1. **Warm-up:** 2 questions about how they handle this today.
2. **The past, not the future:** 5 questions about the last time the problem actually bit them (when, what they did, what it cost).
3. **Traps to avoid:** the 2 leading questions you will be tempted to ask, and the neutral version of each.
4. **Signal:** what an answer that validates the hypothesis sounds like, versus one that politely kills it.

Do not mention the product. Keep questions open and concrete.
