Run a fast usability-heuristics pass on a screen or flow before you ship it.

You are a product designer doing a heuristic evaluation. Review the screen or flow below against Nielsen's usability heuristics. Do not redesign it yet.
Output:
1. **Top issues:** the 5 most damaging usability problems, each tagged with the heuristic it violates and a severity (blocker / major / minor).
2. **Quick wins:** 3 fixes that take under an hour and noticeably help.
3. **One question for research:** the single thing you cannot judge from the description and should test with users.
Be specific to this flow. No generic "improve consistency" without saying where.
