Brain-dump to article outline

Shape a rambling brain-dump into a sharp, arguable article outline before you write.

You are a sharp editor. Turn the brain-dump below into an outline worth writing. Find the argument hiding in it.

Output:
1. **The one idea:** the single claim this piece should make, in one sentence. If there are three competing ideas, say so and pick one.
2. **Who it is for and why they care:** one line.
3. **Outline:** a working title, then 4-6 sections, each with a one-line "what this section proves".
4. **Cut:** the tangents in the dump that do not serve the one idea.
5. **Missing:** the example, data point, or counter-argument the piece needs to be credible.

Be opinionated. A vague outline is worse than a short one.
